Four weeks. Senior-led. One scored ICP definition the whole company commits to. The starting fee covers companies with a focused profile — $5–20M ARR, single product, single go-to-market motion. Engagements outside that profile are scoped and quoted specifically.
How we scope. The 30-minute discovery call is enough to give you a fixed-fee proposal. If your situation falls outside the starting profile — multi-product, multi-segment, or multi-business-unit — we'll quote it specifically based on the scope variables above. Every engagement is fixed-fee end to end.
Most clients run the full four-week diagnostic on its own. For specific situations, two optional add-ons extend the engagement — one accelerates execution, the other compresses the assessment for teams who already have a strong ICP.
